It is the last instruction in a plan that should already cover how you invest, protect and pass on what you have built.
Central Legacy works with discerning clients who want that plan joined up — succession and estate arrangements designed with us, Cayman wills prepared by independent legal counsel, and access to securities investment advice and insurance planning through our sister companies.
About
Central Legacy specialises in legacy planning for clients who expect more than a form and a signature. We are not a law firm. Cayman wills and related legal instruments are drafted and executed by independent Cayman legal counsel. Our role is to design the plan, gather the instructions, and work with counsel so the legal documents reflect your intentions and sit properly alongside the rest of your financial affairs.
We work with people who hold property, investments, companies and family wealth in more than one place, and who want those interests to pass cleanly, privately and in line with their wishes. The conversation is end-to-end: how the estate is structured, who decides, who inherits, and how the living plan — investments, protection and cash flow — supports that outcome.
Where investment or insurance advice is required, clients have access to our sister companies. Securities investment advice is available through Central Advisors Limited (CIMA License No. 2219932). Insurance planning is arranged through the appropriate licensed sister firm. You deal with one coordinated team; each activity is carried out by the entity authorised to provide it.
The work is discreet and precise. Typical clients are internationally mobile families and principals who already take advice seriously and want succession handled with the same standard they apply to the rest of their financial affairs.
Who we serve
Discerning clients with Cayman connections who need a properly considered will and a coherent legacy plan — and who prefer that plan to sit inside a complete financial planning relationship, not beside it. Legal documents are prepared by counsel; planning, coordination and related financial advice sit with Central Legacy and its sister companies.
